I manage a team of engineers, crews and equipment operators, coordinate with general contractors and clients, and run bilingual documentation and settlements. I have grown the department almost fourfold and introduced an original language-training program for machine operators. I have also built and deployed my own digital tools: a crew-hours planning platform, a site-reporting app and a citable railway-regulations base with an AI agent.
