2022 — presentHead of Foreign-Market Development · railway · PL × DEDeveloping and delivering railway contracts on the German market — from supervising crews to independent projects across Germany; lead site manager since 2024. I manage a team of engineers, crews and equipment operators, coordinate with general contractors and clients, and run bilingual documentation and settlements. I have grown the department almost fourfold and introduced an original language-training program for machine operators. I have also built and deployed my own digital tools: a crew-hours planning platform, a site-reporting app and a citable railway-regulations base with an AI agent.
2021 — 2023Works Manager — DE market · railway · DEPreparing and delivering railway contracts in Germany end to end: estimates, scheduling and crew organisation, subcontracts, site budgets, delivery supervision, coordination with foreign partners, and handover & settlement documentation.
2019 — 2022Works Manager — track & platforms · railway · PLTrack and platform works on a line modernisation: scheduling, subcontracts, platform-scope budget, handover & settlement docs, technical queries, and coordination of geotechnical and survey work. I also ran a mechanized rail-reprofiling contract with an international crew — logistics and site setup, temporary regulations and track closures, measurement analysis, and operational & final acceptances.
