I'm a railway construction engineer and head of foreign-market development at SBM — I run track contracts across Germany: from planning and estimates, through managing crews and machine operators, to financial and as-built documentation. I work at the intersection of three languages (PL/DE/EN) and two railway systems — Polish and German.
In parallel I build my own software — apps that support day-to-day work on site, plus R&D around local LLMs, RAG and AI agents. I believe in effectiveness over perfection, and in solving real industry problems with tools I can design and ship myself.
