Hours Platform

The most ambitious project in my ecosystem: a production platform for planning field crews and tracking work hours. At its heart is an interactive employees×days timeline — drag-and-drop, a planning mode, undo and virtualization of hundreds of rows.

It covers contracts and staffing needs, automatic travel days (outbound/return), a fleet module (vehicles and drivers that follow the crew), an hours-and-settlement engine with two overtime regimes, and Excel exports guarded by tests.

Many planners work at once — live presence and refresh over WebSocket, role-based access, backups, migrations and CI. Built solo with vibe coding, merging two earlier apps onto a single backend.
